SCARPOINT Guitarist Quits

Guitarist Pablo Magallanes has left the Swedish metal band SCARPOINT. He says in a statement, "I've decided to commit a 100% to my new musical project. Therefore I must say thanks and goodbye to SCARPOINT."

Commented SCARPOINT: "There are no hard feelings between us [and Pablo] and we wish him all the luck in his future events!! This will not affect the shows or our plans. For this upcoming [May 30] gig at Nalen [in Stockholm], Alex Nord, the original member, will play the show."

SCARPOINT released its full-length debut, "The Silence We Deserve", in October 2007 via Blind Prophecy Records. The CD was recorded at the Dug-Out Productions with renowned producer Daniel Bergstrand (MESHUGGAH, IN FLAMES).
